Holiday in Wave Tour & Travels

Welcome to Holiday in Wave Tour & Travels. By booking a tour with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Reservation Confirmation: A booking is confirmed when we receive a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost. The balance is due 30 days prior to the tour departure date.

1.2 Late Bookings: For bookings made within 30 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other specified methods.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1 Cancellation by Client:

- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.

- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

2.2 Cancellation by Company: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative tour of equal value will be offered.

2.3 Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the cancellation request.

#### 3. Changes to Booking

3.1 Client-Initiated Changes: Any changes requested by the client after booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3.2 Company-Initiated Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political instability, or natural disasters. Clients will be informed promptly, and alternatives will be provided if necessary.

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

4.1 Passports and Visas: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and the necessary visas for their travel destinations.

4.2 Health Requirements: Clients must comply with all health and vaccination requirements for the countries they are visiting.

5. Insurance

5.1 Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. This should cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, loss of luggage, and cancellation or curtailment of the tour.

6. Liability

6.1 Company Responsibility: Holiday in Wave Tour & Travels is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property during the tour, except where such injury or loss is caused by our gross negligence.

6.2 Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the services provided by third-party suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, or transport companies.

7. Conduct and Behavior

7.1 Client Conduct: Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner. We reserve the right to terminate a client’s participation in the tour if their behavior is deemed unacceptable, with no refund provided.

8. Complaints and Disputes

8.1 Complaints: Any complaints should be reported to the tour leader or local representative immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

8.2 Disputes: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
